St. John Ambulance proudly commits to ensuring that its products are of the highest quality and free from defects in material and workmanship.

Should you be dissatisfied with our products, they may be returned for replacement or refund within 10 days of the purchase date. Due to health and safety compliance, all items must be returned in the original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging and merchandise must be in the same condition as received.

Shipping costs associated with an action on the part of the customer, such as incorrect order, are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 15% restock fee. Items may also be returne in person to our one of our offices.
